Joes Plan Festivities For Final Home Game Of Inaugural Season

ANDERSON, SC - The Anderson Joes' last home game is on Saturday, August 25, when the Joes square off against the Charlotte County Redfish at Anderson Memorial Stadium. The Joes have a full slate of activities planned for the day to celebrate the conclusion of a successful inaugural season.

The day kicks off at noon at the ballpark, when all Junior Joes members are invited to attend a Junior Joes FunFest at the ballpark. The Joes will provide food and fun for the event; in addition, players will be on hand to meet and greet the Junior Joes. Members need only to bring their membership cards for admission to the free event.

Following the Junior Joes FunFest, the Joes are holding a private season ticket holder/host family picnic/softball game. Members of the Joes will be on hand to play with and against the season ticket holders and host families.

Game time for Saturday night's final home game is 7:05 p.m. Festivities at the game include free entry into a raffle for all fans in attendance, during which the Joes will be giving away a variety of giveaways and merchandise, as well as a 2008 season ticket mini-plan. Also, a post-game fireworks extravaganza will follow immediately the game.
