
Joe Rehkamp Signed to PTO

Lehigh Valley, PA - The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, proud AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, have signed forward Joe Rehkamp to a PTO (professional try-out).
A 24-year-old forward from Plymouth, Minnesota, Rehkamp is currently in his first professional season and has registered three goals, seven assists, 10 points and 17 penalty minutes in 18 games with the Reading Royals of the ECHL this year. Before staring his pro career, the 5'11", 185-pound forward spent four seasons at St. Cloud State University where he compiled eight goals, 23 assists, 31 points and 44 penalty minutes across 117 games with the Huskies. Rehkamp will wear #44 with Lehigh Valley.
The Phantoms return to action this Wednesday, December 2 when Lehigh Valley kicks off a three-game road week with a trip to Utica for a 7:00 p.m. showdown with the Comets. The Phantoms are then in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Friday, December 4 before closing their week in Hershey on Saturday, December 5. Be sure to catch all the action on FOX 1470-AM, online at fox1470.com or via the iHeartRadio app beginning with "Countdown to Faceoff" 45 minutes before puck drop.
The Phantoms then return to PPL Center on Wednesday, December 9 when they kick off a five-game home stand with a visit from the Hershey Bears. Tickets for each of the five games during the home stand are currently available by logging on to pplcenter.com, by calling 610-347-TIXX [8499] or by visiting the Mealey's Furniture Box Office at PPL Center (701 Hamilton).
