JetHawks Granted "All Ag-Cess" to AV Fair

(LANCASTER, CA) - The Lancaster JetHawks will be present throughout the 2010 Antelope Valley Fair with an information booth at the AV Fairgrounds. A variety of JetHawks employees, including front office staff, members of the Hawkettes and even mascots KaBoom and Stealth will be on hand to celebrate the 72nd Antelope Valley Fair and promote the team's final homestand, which begins on August 31.
The JetHawks booth will be occupied by team employees at all times throughout the fair. Games, prizes and JetHawks ticket coupons that will be exclusively available at the fair are just a few of the many reasons for fairgoers to stop by the JetHawks booth.
"The Antelope Valley Fair has been a staple of entertainment and community pride throughout the Valley for 72 years and the JetHawks are honored to participate in this signature community event each year," says JetHawks Vice President and General Manager Larry Thornhill.
The 2010 season marks the 15th anniversary of professional baseball in the Antelope Valley, and since its inaugural game in1996, The Hangar has produced more than 90 Major Leaguers and inducted 25 members into The JetHawks Hall of Fame.
