
Jeff Reid Named Assistant Coach

It didn't take long for Dale DeGray to find a replacement for the departed David Bell. Jeff Reid is a native of Owen Sound and brings a distinguished background as a player to his post as the Assistant Coach for the Attack. Jeff played Major Junior A Hockey with the Cornwall Royals where he ranks second behind Doug Gilmour in franchise career points scored. Jeff went on to play 4 years of Professional hockey with stops in Las Vegas, Orlando and Raleigh. His career came to an end with the Canadian National Team in Calgary. Injury sent him back to university to complete his degree. Jeff is seen as a players coach who basis his coaching philosophy on hard work, character and determination.
Jeff has spent the past seven seasons as Head Coach of Guelph Gryphons of the CIS
A press conference is to be scheduled for later in the week. A date is not yet set.
