BAKERSFIELD, February 14, 2011- The Bakersfield Jam (21-12) used a strong fourth quarter run to come from behind and defeat the Texas Legends (16-18) 107-100 at the Jam Events Center tonight. Bakersfield sweeps the season series against the Texas Legends and extends their winning streak to five games.

The Legends maintained a lead through the majority of the game, being up 83-75 to start the final period. After Texas scored the first five points of the quarter and went up by 13 points, Bakersfield outscored Texas 32-12 over the final nine minutes of the game to complete the sweep.

Jeremy Wise led six double-digit scorers for Bakersfield with a team-high 20 points and 9 assists. Clippers assignee, Willie Warren, added 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. Stephen Dennis contributed 13 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.

Justin Dentmon led Texas in scoring with 21 points off the bench. Joe Alexander finished with a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds, as well as Sean Williams with 15 points and 15 rebounds.

Up next, the Jam travel to Idaho to face the Stampede on Wednesday night. Bakersfield is 3-0 against Idaho this season.
