ELMIRA, NY - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, welcome the Norfolk Admirals to town as the Jackals open a stretch of four game in five days. Tonight is Chemung County Chamber Night at First Arena.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
Tonight the Jackals continue their six-game home stand by welcoming the Norfolk Admirals to town. The Jackals are 3-1-0 in four meetings this year. Elmira won each of the last two meetings at First Arena, first, 4-3 on Dec. 9, thanks to 51 saves by Niklas Lundstrom. Three nights later, Lundstrom made 46 saves to earn his first career shutout. These wins followed a split of the first two games of the year as the Jackals won at the Scope on Nov. 10, 4-3, in their first ever meeting, with C.J. Motte earning the victory after he came into the game for an injured Sam Marotta. Three nights later, the Admirals won 4-1 at First Arena, as Nic Riopel and Ty Rimmer stopped 36 of 37 shots they faced. Mike Seidel has three goals and two assists in four games against Norfolk this season, while Kevin Clare has three goals and Chris Langkow has four assists.
