TULSA, Oklahoma - This evening the Tulsa Roughnecks FC host Las Vegas Lights FC in USL Western Conference play. Kickoff from ONEOK Field is set for 7:30 P.M. CDT (Wednesday, August 28th, 2019) and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
Wednesday evenings USL Championship match will be the second time the two sides meet this season. The first match at Cashman Field (Las Vegas, NV) ended in a 0-0 ties with both teams taking a point from the match.
Tulsa Roughnecks FC enter the match with a 4-13-7 record sitting 17th in the USL Championship Western Conference. Las Vegas Lights FC sit in 14th place, eleven points ahead of the Roughnecks.
Tulsa Roughnecks FC return to ONEOK Field for the first time since July 27th, where the team pushed Phoenix Rising in the end falling 1-0 to the league leaders. Tulsa Roughnecks will be joined by new signings Panin Boakye-Mensa, Nicholas Prasad, and Marlin dos Santos Prazeres.
Las Vegas Lights FC come to Tulsa following their 1-0 victory at home to Portland Timbers 2 where Jose Villarreal scored the games only goal. Las Vegas Lights are coached by US Soccer Legend, Eric Wynalda, who has coached the Lights since 2018.
