It's Christmas in July at Time Warner Cable Field on July 16

GRAND CHUTE, WI - It's Christmas time at the ballpark on Saturday, July 16. The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are in the Holiday spirit early and want to share the feeling with you. The Salvation Army and the Timber Rattlers invite you to have a holly, jolly time at Time Warner Cable Field when the Rattlers host the South Bend Silver Hawks at 6:35pm.

Fans are invited to donate their favorite baked goodies for a bake sale at the stadium. Bring pre-wrapped baked items to Time Warner Cable Field between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday for your item to be included in the bake sale. Anyone donating items to the bake sale will receive a Timber Rattlers snow globe or a Scooter vs. the Snowman bobblehead.

Fans may purchase bake sale items when the gates open at 5pm. Proceeds from the bake sale will be donated to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army will be on hand for a kettle drive which will feature their 3,000 pound kettle as well as bell ringers.

Kids should be ready to meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, who are making a trip down from the North Pole for the evening. If children have letters for Christmas they can bring them to Santa or the Timber Rattlers will be happy to mail the letters for the kids. Santa may be a little busy right before the game because he is scheduled to throw out a first pitch.

A 13-foot live Christmas tree will be on the main concourse along with many other festive garnishes instilling the feeling of Christmas.

After the game, the festivities conclude with a Christmas-themed Fireworks display sponsored by FOX 11.
