Albuquerque Isotopes News Release

More than 1,000 job-seekers aspiring to work for the Albuquerque Isotopes descended on Isotopes Park for the annual Isotopes / Ovations Food Services Job Fair today. The turnout, which totaled 1,050 is the biggest ever in the seven-year history of the Isotopes, surpassing the 1,015 that attended the 'Topes' first job fair in 2003.

Job-seekers began arriving two hours before the fair opened at 10:00 a.m., as in excess of 200 people lined up in front of the stadium to fill out an application and interview.

The Isotopes will now cull the applications and let prospective employees know whether they are hired or not within the next 10 days.

If job-seekers were not able to make the job fair, the Isotopes and Ovations Food Services are still accepting applications. Applications are available on-line at www.albuquerquebaseball.com. Prospective employees are encouraged to fill out the application and return it to the Isotopes' administrative offices on the second floor of Isotopes Park.

The Albuquerque Isotopes, Triple-A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers, will open up their 2009 campaign on April 9 and season tickets as well as mini-plans are on sale now. For more information, please call (505) 924-2255 or visit www.albuquerquebaseball.com.
