
Islanders Recall Foley, Vautour; Getson Out

The Charlottetown Islanders have recalled forward Johnny Foley and goaltender Daniel Vautour ahead of this weekend's games, it was announced today.
Foley, of the Maritime Hockey League's Truro Bearcats, has appeared in 6 games with the Islanders this season. He has recorded one assist while being a +1 and picking up 2 PIM.
Vautour will be suiting up for the Islanders for the first time after being signed as a free agent. He has previously appeared in 22 games over the past three seasons for the Acadie-Bathurst Titan.
He currently plays for the Pictou County Weeks Crushers of the MHL. In 17 games this season, he has a 7-7-2 record, a 2.95 GAA, and a 0.905 SAV%.
The two will remain with the team while Filip Chlapik and Mason McDonald are away attending World Junior Selection Camps for their respective countries.
Forward Keith Getson will also not be with team this weekend, having travelled home for personal reasons.
