Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (52-40) will play Game Two of a four-game against the second-place Norfolk Tides (48-45) at Harbor Park... With a 7-0 loss last night, the Pigs have dropped five of their last seven games after improving to 50-35 and building their lead back to 3.0 games in the North. Despite the recent skid, the Pigs have gone 21-14 in their last 35 contests to go from 4.5-games out to 1.5-games up in the North... The Tides -- Baltimore's top affiliate -- have now won eight of their last 10 affairs. In fact, since starting 21-31 and 10.5 GB in the South Division, the Tides have gone an impressive 27-14 since May 30.
LHP Pat Misch (6-10, 4.73) will start for LHV against RHP Tommy Hunter (2-0, 4.50).
First-pitch tonight is 7:15 p.m.
