Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release


Following a rain out on Monday, the IronPigs (7-10) play Game One of a four-game series at Frontier Field against the Rochester Red Wings (7-11) -- the Twins' top affiliate. With a 5-4 loss on Sunday, the 'Pigs dropped their series to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (9-8), 2-1, and have started 1-2 on this (now) seven-game, Northern Division road trip... Meanwhile, the 'Wings won yesterday 9-6 at Syracuse to snap a four-game losing streak and salvage the finale of a four-game series. They are just 3-6 in their last nine games.

RHP Nate Bump (2-0, 1.35) will start for Lehigh Valley against RHP Yoslan Herrera (0-1, 3.29).

First-pitch tonight (Tuesday) is set for 6:35 p.m.
