
Iowa Wolves Acquire Returning Rights to Tres Tinkle

DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Wolves announced today that the team has acquired the returning player rights to forward Tres Tinkle from the Raptors 905 in exchange for the returning player rights to guard/forward Melvin Frazier Jr.
Tinkle, 6-7, recently played in four games in the 2022-23 France'sLNB Pro A League season, averaging 10.7 points and 4.5 rebounds per game for Le Mans Sarthe Basket. He played in five games with the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2022 NBA Summer League.
During the 2020-21 NBA G League season, Tinkle appeared in 16 games with the 905, averaging 8.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game.
Tinkle played five collegiate seasons for Oregon State University and graduated as the school's all-time leading scorer in 2020 with 2,233 career points. He played for his father, Wayne, at Oregon State.
Frazier Jr. was acquired in a midseason trade from the Oklahoma City Blue last season. He averaged 14.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in 17 games with the Wolves.
