Iowa Stars to Hold Anthem Tryouts

DES MOINES, IA - The Iowa Stars of the American Hockey League today announced that they are in search of individuals and groups to sing both the American National Anthem and Canadian National Anthem for Iowa Stars home games.
The Stars will be hosting a tryout session for National Anthem singers on Sunday, September 24th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Applicants must call the Stars Front Office at 515-23-STARS before Friday, September 22nd during the hours of 8:30 to 5:30 PM to schedule a tryout. Walk-ins cannot be accepted.

IOWA STARS INFO: The Stars Opening Night is scheduled for Thursday, October 12th against Houston. Wells Fargo Arena game time is 7:05 PM. Season ticket packages are on sale now at the Stars office, located at 833 5th Avenue in Downtown Des Moines. Full season packages begin at only $336, with 12-game mini-plans as low as $168.
