
Iowa Stars Announce New Ice Girls For 07-08 Season

Des Moines, Iowa - May 14, 2007 - Global Spectrum, operators of the Iowa Events Center, have teamed up with Triad Gymnastics in Ankeny, to form a dance and cheer squad for the Iowa Stars.
The Iowa Stars Ice girls will assist with on and off ice promotions, interact with the fans, pump up the crowd and perform choreographed dances at specific games. They will also make public appearances at community and charity events.
Qualifications for potential Ice Girls must be 18 years of age or older, have strong dance skills including jazz, modern, & hip hop, be availability for 1/3 of Iowa Stars home games and have a positive and outgoing personality.
Auditions will be held at Triad Kids Campus in Ankeny. Preliminaries will be Friday, June 1st beginning at 2 PM. Finals will be Saturday, June 2nd beginning at 8 AM. Additionally, there will be an audition at Triad Kids Campus on Wednesday, May 30. More information can be found at www.triadgymnastics.com
