Iowa Energy Announce 2015-16 Promotional Schedule

Des Moines, Iowa. - The Iowa Energy announced today their 2015-16 promotional schedule. Highlighting the schedule is the return of $2 beers every Saturday night, three post-game concerts and seven national halftime shows.

Fans can tip off Opening Weekend with the Energy's Ball At The Mall event at Merle Hay Mall on Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Energy players will be making special appearances throughout the event along with games, music, free food and more. Fans can then head over to Wells Fargo Arena for Opening Night at 7 p.m as the Energy host the Grand Rapids Drive.

This season the Energy are introducing a number of new promotions. The first ever Pro Wrestling Night will take place on Jan. 15 and will feature a wrestling ring with matches throughout the night and a major pro wrestling star. A Holiday Concert (Dec. 23) and Country Concert (Jan. 30) will join the annual Faith and Family Night Concert (Mar. 6). "Swipe Right Night" (Feb. 25) features a Tinder-themed night where singles can meet each other at the game. Every Thursday and Friday night fans can enjoy Happy Hour with drink specials, music and more prior to the game.

Santa Claus will once again make two special visits on Dec. 18 and Dec. 23. The 7th Annual Education Celebration game returns Feb. 9 with thousands of school-aged children from all across Iowa. The Domino's Meal Deal also returns, for $20 fans can get two tickets, a large pizza and a 2-liter of Coke. T-shirts, youth jerseys and winter hats are just of few of the many giveaways this season.

Single game tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Oct. 27.
