Intimidators To Host Middle School Baseball Bash

KANNAPOLIS, NC- The Kannapolis Intimidators will host the Middle School Baseball Bash tournament this Friday and Saturday at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium. The event will feature exciting matchups from six middle schools from Cabarrus and Rowan counties. The tournament will open on Friday, March 13th and run through the following day.

Participants include the West Rowan Bulldogs, Cannon School Cougars, the China Grove Devils, the Kannapolis Eagles, the Harris Road Patriots and the Southeast Patriots.

The tournament will open Friday when Harris Road and West Rowan square off at 4:30 p.m. Kannapolis will take on Southeast at 7:00 p.m. Friday night. The Saturday morning action will kickoff at 11:00 a.m. with a doubleheader when the Cannon School takes on China Grove. Southeast will meet up with Harris Road at 3:00 p.m. Saturday's competition will conclude with West Rowan versus Kannapolis at 5:30 pm.

Tournament tickets can be purchased at the Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium ticket office or by calling 704-932-FANS (3267). Adult tickets will be on sale for $6, while children 4-12, seniors 55+ and students are $5. A tournament pass can be purchased for $10.
