Inter Miami CF and Florida Blue Announce Equipment Drive
April 19, 2023 - Major League Soccer (MLS)
Inter Miami CF News Release
On the heels of Inter Miami CF's eye-catching launch of the Club's 2023 One Planet adidas jersey on Tuesday aimed to raise awareness for plastic pollution, the Club is now teaming up with Florida Blue to continue the conversation on sustainability.
Today, Inter Miami and Florida Blue announced the Club's third annual Equipment Drive. This year's edition will run throughout the month of May in an effort to provide sustainable options for our fans to donate gently used soccer equipment. The Equipment Drive presented by Florida Blue is also aimed at breaking down barriers for participants of all economic backgrounds by providing access to soccer equipment, allowing them to participate in the beautiful game.
Fans, supporters, and community members are encouraged to drop off gently used fútbol equipment at one of the four locations in South Florida beginning May 1. Inter Miami will host at least four home matches during May.
