Indy Eleven, Ford Ink Deal as Official Kit Sponsor
January 16, 2024 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Indy Eleven News Release
INDIANAPOLIS - Indy Eleven has today announced Ford as the front of kit sponsor for the club's USL Championship and USL W League teams. Along with brand recognition on gameday jerseys, Ford will serve as the exclusive automobile of Indiana's Team.
In addition to USL Championship and USL W League jerseys, all warm-up kits and Indy Eleven Academy jerseys will don the Ford logo.
"The Central Indiana Ford Dealers are proud to partner with Indy Eleven and we look forward to creating unique experiences and memories for our local community," said Brett Peters, Vice President GTB.
The Ford sponsorship comes on the heels of a January 1 release announcing Under Armour as the official outfitter and kit supplier of Indiana's Team. The expansive, multi-year partnership with the esteemed brand extends beyond gameday kits to include Pro Academy and Academy League gear, Youth Soccer Program items and a variety of retail apparel.
"Partnering with Ford allows us to promote our mission and values alongside a brand that prioritizes a shared commitment to producing a quality product and serving the community. We're proud to have Ford represented in such a prominent place not only on both men's and women's gameday kits, but starting at the grassroots level of soccer as well," President & CEO of Indy Eleven Greg Stremlaw said. "We are excited to strengthen our brands together for years to come."
Fans can also catch Indy Eleven match broadcasts on local television partners WRTV, WISH and WNDY, as well as on streaming platforms, where the Ford brand will serve as a broadcast sponsor.
New in 2024, Indy Eleven will partner with Ford for a coaches show podcast featuring first-year head coach Sean McAuley to air monthly. Ford is also set to serve as the presenting sponsor of Indy Eleven's long-running Soccer Saturday radio show, which airs Saturday mornings on FM 93.5/107.5 The Fan and is hosted by the voice of the Boys in Blue, Greg Rakestraw. The program offers the latest news about Indy Eleven, the USL and all things soccer in Indiana.
As an Indy Eleven Youth Program partner, Ford will assist in growing the World's Game across the state of Indiana and beyond. The program currently supports more than 17,000 children across the state and into Illinois in an effort to increase accessibility to soccer in communities and encourage players, coaches, referees and parents to grow their passion for the sport by supporting recreational soccer programs at member clubs.
Ford will also present scholarships for deserving children to attend Indy Eleven soccer camps throughout the year.
The Boys in Blue open the 2024 slate on a two-match road swing beginning at non-conference foe Oakland Roots SC on March 9 before returning home to host 2023 Western Conference Champion Sacramento Republic FC at Michael A. Carroll Stadium on March 23. Season Ticket Renewals and new Season Ticket Packages are on sale now for 2024, as well as deposits for groups and hospitality areas.
