
Individual tickets for match vs. Real Madrid C.F. on sale Friday, June 12

Washington, D.C. (June 11, 2009) - D.C. United today announced individual tickets to the match against Spanish superpower Real Madrid C.F. will go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. ET. The match will be played at FedExField on August 9 at 3 p.m. ET and will feature recently announced acquisitions Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka, the 2008 FIFA World Player of the Year and 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year, respectively. The club also boasts a roster including international superstars the likes of Raul, Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Fernando Gago and Gonzalo Higuain.
Single game tickets will go on sale to the general public through Ticketmaster, with seats in the lower bowl ranging from $60 for the endline, $75 for sideline and $90 for midfield seats. United planholders can still purchase lower bowl or club-level tickets to this friendly at a reduced price. Single game tickets to all other United home dates are currently available via all TicketMaster outlets.
