Indians Offer Free Business Day Parking Shuttle

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Indians have announced a new location for their Business Day parking shuttle for weekday day games at Victory Field.

On all weekday day games during the 2010 season, fans may park at Lucas Oil Stadium (Gate #1, off Missouri Street) for just $5 and take advantage of a complimentary shuttle to the ballpark. The shuttle will run continuously from 90 minutes before first pitch until 30 minutes after the game.

The Indians have five weekday afternoon games in 2010 -- May 12 (1 p.m.), June 9 (1 p.m.), June 23 (1 p.m.), July 21 (1 p.m.) and August 11 (1 p.m.) as well as three weekday morning games -- April 21 (11 a.m.), May 13 (11 a.m.) and May 19 (11 a.m.). The shuttle will be available for each of these dates.

The Indians open the 2010 home schedule on Friday, April 16 against the division-rival Toledo Mud Hens. Tickets are on sale now at www.IndyIndians.com or by calling the Victory Field Box Office at 317-269-3545.

VICTORY FIELD: "FRESH 15"

The Indianapolis Indians are celebrating their 15th season at Victory Field. In each of the 15 days leading up to the 2010 home opener, the Indians will unveil something new at Victory Field this season. The Indianapolis Indians home opener is scheduled for Friday, April 16th at 7:15 p.m. against the division-rival Toledo Mud Hens.
