BOISE, Idaho - Six players for the Idaho Stampede scored 10 or more points, but the Bakersfield Jam won 111-95.
Jordan Brady had 16 points and David Bailey added 13 points and eight assists for Idaho, who made the same amount of field goals and three-pointers as the home team (41 and six, respectively). The Jam dominated at the free throw line, making 23-of-29, while the Stampede (16-24) made just 7-of-14 attempts. Bakersfield led by as many as 18 and won each quarter by three points or more. Mikki Moore, Seth Tarver and Marcus Banks each had 12 points, while Antoine Walker scored 10. Idaho lost the battle of the boards 47-31 and was never able to take the lead in the second half.
Bakersfield (22-17) was led by Derrick Byars and Jeremy Wise (nine assists), who each scored 20 points. Travis Leslie scored 19 off the bench, with fellow sub Juan Pattillo added 15 and eight rebounds.
Idaho finishes its five-game road trip with a contest in Los Angeles against the D-Fenders on Monday at 8 p.m. (MST).
