IceHogs Announce 2013 Training Camp Schedule

Rockford, Ill.- Chicago Blackhawks General Manager of Minor League Affiliations Mark Bernard announced the 2013 training camp schedule for the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. The IceHogs 15th overall season of professional hockey in Rockford, and seventh in the AHL as the top affiliate of the Blackhawks, gets underway on Sunday, Sept. 22 at the BMO Harris Bank Center.

Rockford's training camp in preparation for the season opener on Saturday, Oct. 5 against the San Antonio Rampage will conclude on Oct. 2. All IceHogs training camp practices that take place at the BMO Harris Bank Center will not be open to the public.

The IceHogs training camp slate also features two preseason contests on the road due to renovation at the BMO Harris Bank Center. Rockford will take on the Chicago Wolves on Wednesday, Sept. 25th at the West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows; and the Milwaukee Admirals on Friday, Sept. 27 at the Kern Center in Milwaukee.
