Blake Siebenaler and Anthony DiFruscia also scored with the man advantage to make it 5-2 IceDogs. Andersson answered with his second of the game, but Dunn restored the three goal lead with his second power play tally of the game.

A pair of goals in the third period by Andrew Mangiapane and Kevin Labanc made it a 6-5 game, but the IceDogs held on to win their fifth consecutive game.

Brent Moran made 27 saves in net for the IceDogs.

They're back at it Saturday night when they host the Ottawa 67's at the Meridian Centre.
