Tonight, the Niagara IceDogs were back at home, facing off against the North Bay Battalion.

The IceDogs played with a depleted roster, having 3 players on injury reserve (Peters, Gushchin, and Michaud), and 2 suspensions (Dionicio and Van Loon).

The IceDogs got off to a hot start, scoring 2 early in the first. Aidan Castle tallied his 14th of the season, and Anthony Agostinelli got his 8th. North Bay was able to come back and score 2, both on power play opportunities.

After the first, the score was all tied up at 2-2.

The second period saw goals from both sides. Juan Copeland got his 12th of the season late in the period. This left the game tied at 3-3 after 40 minutes of play.

Alec Leonard got his 5th of the season in the third. However, the Battalion came back hard tallying 3 goals, one of which was an empty netter.

Ultimately, North Bay took the win 6-4.
