IceCaps Launch Let's Celebrate Campaign

ST. JOHN'S, NL - The St. John's IceCaps announced today that for the remainder of the 2016-17 home schedule, the team will be celebrating 20 years of American Hockey League excitement in Newfoundland and Labrador.

With six seasons of IceCaps hockey coming to an end - coupled previously with 14 seasons of the St. John's Maple Leafs organization - the IceCaps will be commemorating the history of both franchises. From contests, special offers and a season-ticket holder event, there is something for everyone. Additonally, fans will help the IceCaps recognize great players and memories from 20 AHL seasons, which will include participation from some former St. John's greats.

Some highlights for the remainder of the season include:

Concourse displays and in-game videos showcasing moments and memories from 20 years of AHL hockey Fans will have an opportunity to determine the best 20 players in St. John's AHL hockey history and the top memories from 20 years of AHL hockey in St. John's. Further details will be announced though the IceCaps' social media channels Special festivities during the final two regular-season games (versus the Toronto Marlies) Season ticket-holder, player meet and greet Social media/email contest to meet IceCaps players Let's Celebrate email campaign for Caps Crew members to win a suite for April 14th Instagram ticket giveaways A flash sale in which, for a 24-hour period only, fans can purchase tickets to any of remaining games for $21 ( plus HST and surcharges ). Details will be provided via the IceCaps Insta-stories account Capital Hyundai Fan Zone Ticket Price - $18 tickets (plus HST and surcharges) in the Capital Hyundai Fan Zone section Party Box Discounts - Birthday party bookings receive a reduced price of $216 (12 person) and $324 (18 person) - plus HST and surcharges Discounts for minor hockey groups
