St. Patrick's Day Party Highlights Showdown with Admiral

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs host the Milwaukee Admirals for the ninth of 12 total meetings and fifth of six home games in the series.

Puck drop is 7 p.m. and fans can tune in to all the action on The Justice Network 23.3 or Dish Network Channel 252, beginning with IceHogs Warmup at 6:30 p.m. IceHogs fans can also listen to the game on AM 1330, onluine at WXRX.com or sportsfanradio1330.com or watch live at AHLlive.com.

Fans can celebrate St. Patrick's Day early on Tuesday with a Pre-Game Party in the Blue Flame Lounge. The event begins at 5:15 p.m. with live music from "Danny's Gone Rogue," and also includes St. Patrick's Day-themed food and drink. Fans must be 21 or older to attend the pre-game party.

Tuesday is also a Fas Fuel Winning Weekday, and if the IceHogs win tonight, fans can redeem their game ticket for a FREE ticket of equal or lesser value to the Hogs' final regular-season weekday home game on April 12 (vs. Milwaukee).

In addition, Tuesday's contest features $2 beers, soft drinks, hot dogs and companion tickets as part of WXRX Dollar Days, and one lucky fan will receive a $50 gas card courtesy of Fas Fuel.

Matchup: The IceHogs have dropped each of their last six games since Feb. 25, but return to the BMO Harris Bank Center boasting a 14-12-4-2 record on their home ice. Rockford also enters Friday with points in 11 of its last 14 matchups against the Admirals courtesy of a 7-3-2-2 record in the series over that span.

IceHogs forwards Vinnie Hinostroza and Michael Latta each scored their first goal for the Hogs of the 2016-17 season during the teams' most recent game on March 10 at Milwaukee. Hinostroza finished the contest with two points and now has 1g-3a-4pts in nine games with Rockford this season, while Latta has produced 1g-8a-9pts in 20 appearances with the IceHogs on the year.

Milwaukee is currently ranked third in the Central Division and enters Tuesday with points in seven of its last 10 games (6-3-0-1 record). Against the IceHogs, the Admirals are led by Frederick Gaudreau and Pontus Aberg, who have each logged nine points against Rockford during the 2016-17 series. The duo combined for four goals in Milwaukee's 5-2 win over the Hogs on March 10 at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

Next Home Game: Saturday, March 25 vs. Grand Rapids, 7 p.m. The IceHogs host Country Night with the first 1,500 fans in attendance receiving a cowboy boot mug, courtesy of Pepsi and Dusty Boots. The Hogs will also host their fourth annual Sock Drive with donations benefitting Project Undershare.
