
IceCaps Announce Final Roster, Name Captain

St. John's IceCaps News Release
ST. JOHN'S, NL - The St. John's IceCaps, American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, today released their 2016-17 final roster and named their captain and two assistants.
Forward Max Friberg follows Jason Jaffray and Gabriel Dumont as the third captain in franchise history, while defenceman Mark Barberio and forward Jacob de la Rose were named assistant captains.
The following 24 players (14 forwards, 8 defensemen, 2 goaltenders) will comprise the IceCaps roster that will face the Harford Wolf Pack tonight to launch the 2016-17 campaign:
