
IceBears Add Houston Sanders to Front Office

KNOXVILLE, TN - The Knoxville Ice Bears proudly announce the hiring of Houston Sanders as the team's Corporate and Ticket Sales Manager.
Sanders is a graduate of the University of Tennessee who has spent the last two years working for the WOW 3D group as a digital sales executive. Prior to his professional career, the Nashville native group up playing youth hockey under the Nashville Predators development program. While in college, he utilized his hockey experience to become a referee. As a referee he worked at various levels ranging from local youth hockey, UT Ice Hockey and the SPHL.
"We are thrilled for the opportunity bring Houston into the organization. He brings a perfect balance of hockey and sales knowledge to our team. On top of his experience he brings the professionalism that we expect from our staff," said President and General Manager Mike Murray.
Sanders will be responsible for adding to the stable growth of corporate partners and season ticket holders to the Knoxville Ice Bears family.
"I am excited to take my knowledge and love for the game as well as my past sales experience and combine those to build upon the foundation of 11 years of success," said Sanders of his new position with the team.
