
Ice Pilots Sign Enforcer Dallas Anderson

Pensacola, FL - The 2004-2005 Brabham Cup Champion Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that right wing Dallas Anderson has signed a contract with the team for the 2005-2006 season.
Anderson, who stands 6'6" and weighs 222 pounds, played in 53 games with Austin of the CHL last year scoring 10 goals, 9 assists for 19 points and picked up 395 penalty minutes. He also played in 8 games with Flint in the UHL during the 2003-04 season scoring one goal, two assists for three points and picked up 73 penalty minutes.
Anderson played three seasons with Tulsa in the CHL during the 2000-2003 seasons scoring 34 goals, 25 assists for 59 points and picked up a total of 1,052 penalty minutes in 155 games played. He also played in the WPHL for Corpus Christi, the QSPHL for Laval and in the MJHL for Neepawa, Winkler and Swan Valley. Anderson is 26 years ol! d from Bowsman, Manitoba and shoots right.
"We look for Dallas to be a big enforcer with the team this year. He could turn out to be a fan favorite with his style of play. Dallas is just one of many players that our organization continues to pursue to fit our style both on and off the ice," said Ice Pilots President Mario Forgione.
"Dallas definitely will add a lot of toughness to our team this season and he can also score some goals," said Ice Pilots Head Coach Rick Adduono. "He knows how to handle the puck for how big he is and will keep opponents honest."
The Ice Pilots will play two home preseason games vs. Gwinnett on Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15 at 7:05 p.m. Prices of tickets are $11 for lower level seats and $6 for upper level seats.
Season tickets for the Ice Pilots 2005-2006 season are on sale. Prices for all 36 home games for floor and glass seats are $678.96, side seats are $489.60, goal seats and lower upper seats are $443.52 and upper seats cost $356.40.
