Pensacola Ice Flyers News Release

The Pensacola Ice Flyers invite all fans to toss teddy bears to benefit the Sacred Heart Children's Hospital. Fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears to the Ice Flyers game on Saturday, December 19 at 7:05 p.m. Following the Ice Flyers' first goal, fans will throw the teddy bears on the ice. Team officials will collect the bears and donate them to the hospital.

The spirit doesn't stop there; on December 19 the Ice Flyers are also hosting a food drive with Manna Food Pantries. Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate. Every donating fan will receive a raffle ticket, with a drawing to award one lucky fan an Ice Flyers Prize Pack.

Also of note, the Ice Flyers players are decorating Christmas ornaments. During the December 18 and 19 Ice Flyers games, the Ice Flyers Booster Club will put the ornaments up for sale in a silent auction. Win an ornament hand-decorated by one of Pensacola's very own Ice Flyers!

Ice Flyers tickets are very affordable starting at just $10 for individuals, and as low as $8 for groups of ten or more. To take advantage of group pricing, call the Ice Flyers at (850) 466-3111 or email jeff@pensacolaiceflyers.com.
