For the kids, there will be a clinic with three Suns players at the West End Little League field tomorrow, May 10th, starting at 10:30 am. Aaron Hornostaj, Matt Palmer, and Troy Ransom will be there instructing the youngsters on the finer points of baseball fundamentals. The clinic is absolutely free, and is sponsored by the Washington County Cigarette Restitution Fund.
The Hagerstown Suns, of the South Atlantic League, are the Class A affiliate of the National League Champion San Francisco Giants. The Suns leave town for a roadtrip May 11th, but will be back for a three-game series starting May 21st. The home season runs through August 24th.
