HOUSTON (Sunday, June 1, 2014) - The Houston Dynamo face the Colorado Rapids at 7 p.m. CT tonight at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. Tonight's game caps a stretch of three consecutive road games before the Dynamo host Sporting Kansas City on Friday.

Tonight's game will be broadcast live on CSN Houston (6:30 p.m. CT pregame show) and Univision Deportes Network (Spanish). It can be heard on Yahoo Sports Radio 1560 AM and 850 AM (Spanish).

The Dynamo are 5-7-2 (17 points) and in fourth place place in the Eastern Conference, six points behind the conference leading New England Revolution. Houston fell 3-0 at the San Jose Earthquakes last Sunday.

The Rapids (5-4-3; 18 points) are tied for third place in the Western Conference following a 4-1 home triumph over the Montreal Impact last Saturday.

Dynamo midfielders Brad Davis (United States) and Boniek Garcia (Honduras) are with their national teams preparing for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and are unavailable for selection.

The Rapids feature veteran defenders Drew Moor (270 games in 11 MLS seasons) and Marvell Wynne (215 games in nine MLS seasons). In addition, the Colorado roster includes Dillon Powers, the 2013 MLS Rookie of the Year, and Deshorn Brown, who scored 10 goals last season and was runner-up to Powers for Rookie of the Year.

The Dynamo and Rapids played to a 1-1 draw last April at BBVA Compass Stadium. Moor scored the opening goal for Colorado before Giles Barnes offered a second-half equalizer. In their last visit to Colorado, in October 2012, the Dynamo were defeated 2-0.

Following tonight's game, the Dynamo return home to host Sporting Kansas City on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at BBVA Compass Stadium.
