Houston Dynamo to Offer Discounted Tickets to Wednesday's Home Game

HOUSTON (Monday, Oct. 7, 2013) - The Houston Dynamo are offering discounted tickets for Wednesday's clash against Eastern Conference opponent Sporting Kansas City to all Houston-based government and NASA employees, it was announced today.

Government and NASA employees who wish to attend Wednesday's game will be given a preferred rate on tickets, which provides savings of over 50% over regular ticket prices for Dynamo games. To purchase, or for more information, fans can go to www.HoustonDynamo.com. These specially-discounted tickets will be available today through kickoff (7:30 p.m.) on Wednesday.

This week's is the second of three consecutive home games for the Dynamo against Eastern Conference rivals. Currently, Sporting Kansas City (15-10-6; 51 points) leads the Dynamo (13-10-8; 47 points) by 4 points in the Eastern Conference standings. If the 2013 MLS Cup playoffs were to start today, Houston and Sporting Kansas City would face each other in one of the Eastern Conference semifinal rounds. This would be the third-consecutive season in which both teams have played each other in the post-season.
