
Houston Dynamo FC Announce Fan Giveaways, Entertainment, Plus New Food and Beverage Options for Opening Match of Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs

HOUSTON - Houston Dynamo FC announced matchday entertainment, fan giveaways, and new food and beverage options as the Club hosts Real Salt Lake on Sunday, Oct. 29 at 5 p.m. CT at Shell Energy Stadium in its opening match of the Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs.
Tickets for the opening match of the Round One Best-of-3 Series at Shell Energy Stadium are on sale and available HERE.The Dynamo boast a 15-3-5 (WLD) record in all competitions at home this year.
Fans can enjoy "Beers on Ben" when gates open at 3:30 p.m. CT, as the first 5,000 fans to arrive at the stadium will receive a Bud Light compliments of head coach Ben Olsen as a special thank you for Houston's support throughout the season. Fans (21+ years old) will receive a coupon upon arrival to redeem at the east exterior concourse, accessed outside sections 124/125 and 127/128 (coupons must be redeemed by the end of halftime).
Additionally, upon entry to the stadium, all fans will receive a Houston Dynamo playoffs, powered by Shell Energy, rally towel, which is comprised of 100 percent polyester sourced from recycled plastic water bottles as part of ongoing sustainability efforts with Shell Energy.
Matchday will also feature entertainment throughout the afternoon and evening, including:
DJ Nemesis will play music at Hold It Down Plaza pre-game
El Big Charro, Houston-based recording artist and finalist in season 5 of Tengo Talento Mucho Talento, will perform the national anthem
DJ T-Gray will entertain fans inside Shell Energy Stadium throughout the evening
Special appearances by Dynamo Alumni
Enhanced pyrotechnics throughout matchday
Levy Restaurants will also ignite playoff excitement with exclusive food and beverage options, with Dynamo playoff signatures including:
"Hell in the Shell" Foot Long Dog - bacon-wrapped all beef foot long hot dog, topped with pico de gallo, carne asada and habaneros (Location: 116/137)
Four Title Queso Burger - orange bun branded with Dynamo logo, with four smashed patties, queso, American cheese, pickle and secret sauce (Location: 138)
Al Pastor Naranja Nachos - original al pastor rotisserie, orange Cheetos flavor queso, pico de gallo, sour cream and sliced jalapenos (Location: P102)
Spicy Chamoy Margarita - Centenario Reposado tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, fresh jalapeno with a Chamoy and Tajin rim (Location: Heineken Star Bar, B102, Legends Bar, Hustletown Bar)
Houston earned 51 points this season to earn fourth place in the Western Conference and advance to the postseason for the first time since 2017, while Real Salt Lake finished fifth to earn a matchup with the Dynamo in the Round One Best-of-3 Series. After the first match at Shell Energy Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 29, Houston will travel to Salt Lake City for the second match on Monday Nov. 6, with kickoff scheduled for 8 p.m. CT. If necessary, the two sides will face off in a winner-takes-all third match back in Houston at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 11.
