
Houston Dash to Open Preseason on February 1 at Houston Sports Park

HOUSTON - The Houston Dash will begin their fourth season under the direction of head coach James Clarkson on Feb. 1 at Houston Sports Park (HSP), the club announced today.
Players reported to HSP on Jan. 30 for entrance exams and will hit the field for the first time in 2022 on February 1. Training begins at 10:30 a.m. CST on Field 2 at HSP and the entire training the first week will be open to the media for the entirety of the session. D
The Dash preseason schedule includes three preseason games beginning with a match against Texas Christian University at 1 p.m. on Feb. 26. The team will also host LSU at 6 p.m. CT on March 10. The Dash will announce an additional preseason game at a later date.
Houston will begin the 2022 NWSL competition calendar with the Challenge Cup, which begins on March 19. Details regarding Houston's opponents for the Challenge Cup and the start of the NWSL regular season will be announced at a later date.
