Houston Dash Host Boston Breakers in Home Finale Tonight

HOUSTON (Sunday, August 29, 2015) - The Houston Dash host the Boston Breakers at 7:30 p.m. CT tonight at BBVA Compass Stadium in a match presented by Michelob Ultra. Tickets for the match are still available at HoustonDashSoccer.com or at the BBVA Compass Stadium box office.

The match will be broadcast live on ROOT SPORTS and via YouTube at HoustonDashSoccer.com/live. Game notes for the Dash are attached.

This is the final home match of the 2015 season for the Dash (5-8-5, 20 points), who have been eliminated from playoff contention. Houston has already set a team record for points in a season, and have matched last year's win total with two games to play. The Dash are in the midst of a four game losing streak.

Boston (4-12-3, 15 points) is playing its final game of the year tonight. The Breakers have secured last place in the NWSL standings and the number one overall pick in next year's college draft. Boston is led by midfielder Kristie Mewis with six goals, and rookie forward Stephanie McCaffrey with three goals and three assists. Goalkeeper Alyssa Naeher was named NWSL Player of the Week in Week 17 after making 12 saves in a 2-1 win over the Washington Spirit on August 8.

Following tonight's match, the Dash travel to Chicago to face the Red Stars in the final game of the regular season on September 6.
