Houston Dash Captain Rachel Daly Named to England Roster for UEFA Women's Euro 2022 Tournament

Dash forward Rachel Daly has been named to England's roster for the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 tournament. The month-long World Cup qualifying tournament will be hosted by England.

Daly has 48 appearances and seven goals for the Lionesses since first making her England WNT senior debut in 2016. The Harrogate native will represent her home country as England makes its bid to return to the World Cup in 2023.

Prior to joining England for its training camp heading into the Euro 2022 tournament Daly helped lead the Dash to the longest unbeaten streak in club history. The 30-year-old captain also led the team in scoring with four goals. Daly became the second player in Dash history to make 100 regular season appearances on May 29 against the North Carolina Courage.
