SPRING SAVINGS - Hook, Line & Sinker is doing its part to get fans ready for the season, discounting merchandise 50-75 percent this week. The official retail store of the Hooks, located next to the Right Field entrance of Whataburger Field, hosts a tent sale during Sunday's exhibition game against the Express. Hook, Line & Sinker is open 10-6 weekdays and 11-4 weekends.
WEBSITE POLL - Hopefully Roger Clemens isn't seeing this. Nearly 49 percent of the 417 who voted selected Nolan Ryan in a landslide as the All-Star pitcher they would most like to face in the batter's box. But resident good guy and Hooks Vice President of Sales and Marketing Ken Schrom stole the show, edging out the Rocket for second place with 26 percent.
This week's poll asks you to rank the best of the best from the Hooks Video Vault. To log your entry, go to www.cchooks.com and scroll down the home page to find the poll.
