Corpus Christi Hooks News Release
CALIGULA WOULD BE PROUD - Former Carroll Tiger, Texas Longhorn, Corpus Christi Hook and current baseball ambassador Brooks Kieschnick is set to appear live and in person tonight at Whataburger Field when the Hooks roll out Brooks' Buffet, an all-you-can-eat meal in Kieschnick's Korner.
A general admission ticket, hot dogs with all the trimmings, nachos, popcorn, soda, tea and water are included for $14 per person. Buffet diners desiring reserved seat tickets may upgrade for an additional $5, subject to availability. For fans who have already purchased tickets, the cost is $12.
In honor of the inaugural buffet, those who purchase the package receive a Brooks Kieschnick picture which can be personally autographed by the three-time All-American. The festivities heat up at 6 p.m. when Brooks competes in a hot dog eating contest. Fans will have the opportunity to best Brooks' record during future Wednesday games and win a t-shirt plus tickets to a Hooks game.
