
Honors Abound For Several Springfield Jr. Blues Players

Last week ended with several Jr. Blues players getting recognized by the league and USA Hockey.
Goaltender C.J. Groh, who was last week's NAHL Player Of The Week, has committed to Div. 1 Alabama Huntsville for the 2010 season.
Forward Trent Frey was named to the NAHL's All-Rookie Team. Trent was the NAHL's leading goal scorer as a rookie and recently committed to Div. 1 Mercy Hurst College.
Forward Jon Gaffney was named to the NAHL's All South Division Team and is a finalist for the USA Hockey Junior Player of the Year Award - the nations highest Jr. Hockey Award.
