MEMPHIS, Tennessee - The Memphis Redbirds begin the home portion of the 2017 season with a seven-game homestand running tomorrow through Monday the 17th.
The slate of games features multiple gate giveaways, the first Saturday night fireworks display presented by Methodist University Hospital Transplant Institute, all-you-can-eat crawfish, an exciting Jackie Robinson Night celebration, and an Easter Sunday that features a candy drop from a helicopter.
Any time the Redbirds win this week, fans will receive a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase at Dick's Sporting Goods as part of the "Win with Dick's" promotion.
Tuesday, April 11 - 7:05 p.m. (gates at 6:00) - Home Opener - Magnet Schedule Giveaway: first 5,000 fans
- King Cotton $1 Hot Dog Night: fans can purchase $1 hot dogs, courtesy of King Cotton
Wednesday, April 12 - 6:35 p.m. (gates at 5:30)
Thursday, April 13 - 7:05 p.m. (gates at 6:00) - Thirsty Thursday: select $2 beers throughout the ballpark - All-You-Can-Eat Thursday: special ticket option, featuring all-you-can-eat crawfish, sides, and one Coca-Cola product or bottled water per person - College Night: college students can show a valid college ID and purchase $5 Left Field TruGreen Bluff tickets
Friday, April 14 - 7:05 p.m. (gates at 6:00) - New-Logo Performance T-Shirt Giveaway: first 1,500 fans
- Friday Night Block Party: featuring the band "Deep Soul" in the Plaza
Saturday, April 15 - 6:35 p.m. (gates at 5:00) - Postgame Fireworks: presented by Methodist University Hospital Transplant Institute
- Jackie Robinson Night: the Redbirds are celebrating the 70th anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking baseball's color barrier and will be wearing special No. 42 jerseys, which will be auctioned after the game benefitting the Redbirds Community Fund and the Jackie Robinson Foundation
- "The Memphis 13" Forum: the Redbirds are holding a forum in the Home Plate Club from 4-5:00 with members of "The Memphis 13," a group of schoolchildren who integrated Memphis' schools in 1961. An RSVP is requested: http://bit.ly/2ogWTHB. - Saturday Night Party in the Plaza: featuring the "1-900 Band"
Sunday, April 16 - 2:05 p.m. (gates at noon for brunch/catch on the field ticket holders, 1:00 for the public) - Postgame Candy Drop from a Helicopter: open to kids 12 and under, who also receive a Redbirds Easter Pail to gather the goodies and take home afterwards

- Prairie Farms Ice Cream Sunday: kids 12 and under receive a free ice cream treat, courtesy of Prairie Farms, upon entering - Easter Brunch and Catch on the Field: special ticket option, allowing access to brunch with the Easter Bunny in the Home Plate Club and catch on the field from noon-1:30
Monday, April 17 - 11:05 a.m. (gates at 10:00) - Education Day: the season's first Education Day
