Back Home: The Tulsa Oilers return home against the Oklahoma City Blazers Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. They then have a home and home series with the Texas Brahmas Friday in Texas at 7:05 (KRVT AM 1270 and www.tulsaoilers.com ) and Saturday at home at 7:35 p.m.

Great '08: The Oilers started the new year in fine fashion with a 4-3 shootout win at Oklahoma City New Years Eve. They lost 6-3 at Youngstown Friday but overcame a 2-0 deficit for a 3-2 shootout win at Youngstown on Saturday.

Streaking: Jeff Christian now has a 13 game point streak, the longest current streak in the CHL with 21 points in that stretch. David Alexandre Beauregard now has an 11 game point streak with 14 points in that stretch. Lucas Burnett is tied for the longest current goal scoring streak at three games. Burnett has five goals in his last three games, which is the most in the league.

Adam's Mark: The Oilers have acquired defenseman Adam Blanchette from the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees in exchange for Josh Garbutt. Blanchette, 6-0, 215 pounds, had three assists and 60 penalty minutes in 30 games with Rio Grande Valley this season. He is expected to be in the Oilers line up Tuesday night.

Back To It: Center Brendon Hodge is also expected to return to the Oilers line up Tuesday night. He has missed 22 games since suffering an injury at Bossier-Shreveport in the Oilers seventh game of the season on November 8^th .

First One: Right winger L.P. Martin scored his first goal of the season Friday night at Youngstown.
