
Hogs Return Home for Dino Night Saturday, Golf Hat Giveaway Sunday

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs return home to the BMO Harris Bank Center for a pair of weekend matchups against the Cleveland Monsters and Texas Stars. Saturday's contest is Dino Night, with the first 2,500 fans receiving a free bubblehead of Burpee Museum of Natural History's Jane the T-Rex, courtesy of the Rockford Register Star, while Sunday features an IceHogs golf hat giveaway for the first 1,500 fans, courtesy of Rose Pest Solutions.
SATURDAY, MARCH 16 vs. CLEVELAND MONSTERS
Time: Puck drop is at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m.
Dino Night: Saturday's contest will feature a dinosaur theme and various dinosaur promotions throughout the evening, including a dino race during intermission. Burpee Museum of Natural History will also have Jane the T-Rex's skull on display on the concourse, as well as popup tables with a variety of information, crafts and even several live reptiles.
Jane T-Rex Bobblehead: The first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a free bobblehead of Jane the T-Rex, which is displayed in Rockford's own Burpee Museum of Natural History, courtesy of the Rockford Register Star.
SUNDAY, MARCH 17 vs. TEXAS STARS
Time: Puck drop is at 4 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m.
Golf Hat Giveaway: The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a free IceHogs golf hat, courtesy of Rose Pest Solutions.
St. Patrick's Day: Sunday's contest will be themed for St. Patrick's Day as the IceHogs take on the Stars beginning at 4 p.m. Fans can treat themselves to traditional St. Paddy's Day food in the IceHogs' 8-1-5 food stand on the BMO concourse.
4 for $44: Four upper-end zone tickets, fountain drinks and hoat dogs can be purchased for Sunday's game for just $44. Additional tickets may also be added to the package for just $11 for each ticket.
