Green Bay, Wisconsin- Brady Hjelle made 19 saves to shutout the host Green Bay Gamblers as the RoughRiders cruised to a 3-0 win Tuesday night.
The Riders never looked back after jumping out to a 2-0 first period lead.
Mike Seidel opened the scoring when he swept the puck home from the slot at 9:28 of the first.
Nick Oddo buried David Boehm's goalmouth feed to double the lead at 17:24.
The RoughRiders protected the two-goal lead deep into the third period until Robin Bergman wrapped up the win with an empty net goal in the final minute of the game.
