High Desert Mavericks Open 2016 Individual Ticket Sales March 7

ADELANTO, Calif. - The High Desert Mavericks, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Texas Rangers, open the box office to the general public for 2016 individual ticket sales on Monday, March 7 at 10:00 A.M. Any individual who purchases tickets that day will also be entered into a drawing to win a FREE Skybox in April.

"It's been a very productive off-season," said David Barry, Director of Tickets and Finance. "With spring finally here, the Mavericks are excited to open single game ticket sales to the public. After winning the second half of the Southern Division in 2015, we want to take that momentum and turn it into a California League Championship in 2016!"

Individual ticket prices for the 2016 season are $8 for upper box seating and $10 for lower box seating. For the second year in a row, seniors (60+), Military and children 12 and under get $2 off of a full priced ticket when purchasing tickets at the box office. The Heritage Field box office will be open starting Monday, March 7 and will be open during business days, Monday thru Friday, from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. During season, game day box office hours are Monday thru Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to the end of the game.

The Mavericks are featuring a drawing for any single-game ticket buyers on Monday, March 7. Any individual who purchases tickets on Monday, March 7 will be entered into a drawing to win a night to an April game in a Heritage Field Skybox. For the first time since 2013, select Skyboxes are available on an individual game basis in 2016. For $200, a nightly Skybox includes 16 tickets, the ability to pre-order food, a skybox attendant, and group exclusivity and recognition by the Mavericks PA announcer.

All this week, the Mavericks will be releasing the 2016 daily promotions on social media. To start, Texas-Sized Tuesday is making its return. On Tuesday's, in honor of the affiliation with the Texas Rangers and being that everything is bigger in Texas, the Mavericks will be selling $4 Texas Rangers Burgers, $4 Super Nachos and $4 Large Domestic Beers. The discounts are even bigger for 2016 with the NEW addition of $4 Upper Box seats individuals can purchase at the box office on every Texas-sized Tuesday.

A full list of the daily promotional schedule for the 2016 season will be released next week. A full promotional schedule will be released in the coming weeks, along with the Mavericks Opening Day roster which will be announced in early April.

The High Desert Mavericks open their 26th season in the High Desert on Thursday, April 7 against the Inland Empire 66ers. The Mavericks offer a variety of season ticket plans, including 11 and 22 mini-game plans as well as half and full season packages. Company and group outings may be booked now as well.
