JACKSONVILLE - The 2019 National Arena League Champions are proud to announce their continued partnership with a local-owned company and long-time partner of the team, Darley's Plumbing. A local leader in plumbing services & kitchen remodeling, Darley's has served the First Coast for over 23 years. Today, the Jacksonville Sharks and Darley's Plumbing have agreed to brand one of the most iconic scoring plays in the National Arena League, "The Deuce." During every home game "The Darley's Deuce" will be featured and will have a chance to impact the game while entertaining the crowd every time the Sharks kick a "Darleys Deuce''

Unlike other football leagues, the National Arena League has brought excitement back to the kicking game.

During kickoffs, teams have the option to go for a 2-point attempt and score a deuce if the kicker is able to kick the ball through the uprights. The deuce has been a game-changer, both in the stands and on the field as it has decided the outcome of many past NAL games. In 2019, the Jacksonville Sharks had a record breaking year with a 15-1 overall record and claimed their second NAL Championship by defeating the defending champion Carolina Cobras in a 52-48 nailbiter. During that championship year, the Sharks led the league with 23 deuces made thanks to 2019 1st Team All-NAL Kicker, Brandon Behr, who was also awarded NAL Special Teams Player of the Year.
