Hens Win Fifth Straight

Toledo Mud Hens News Release
The Mud Hens took their fifth victory in a row, defeating the Louisville Bats 5-1 on Saturday night at Fifth Third Field!
Ryan Raburn started the scoring off early with a solo homer in the first to give the Hens a 1-0 lead. Two more runs came across in the second for Toledo after a Danny Worth double and Jerad Head single each scored a run to stretch the lead to three.
Louisville got on the board in the fourth after a two-out RBI single off Andy Oliver cut the Hens lead to 3-1. Ben Guez got the run back in the bottom of the inning after stealing home on a double steal to extend the lead back to three.
Cale Iorg added a run with an RBI single in the eighth to extend the lead to 5-1.
The Hens will go for the rare two-game sweep against the Bats tomorrow night at Fifth Third Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and Casey Crosby is scheduled to take the hill for Toledo.
Game Notes
Raburn has homered in three of his last four games since joining the Hens on a rehab assignment.
The Hens have now won 15 of their last 19 games.
The Hens have won five straight contests at Fifth Third Field.
