Heat Sign Marcel Berry to a Two Year Contract

The Harrisburg Heat of the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) announce the signing of midfielder Marcel Berry to a two year contract. Per league policy, no other details of the agreement are available.
General Manager and Head Coach, Pat Healey said: "Marcel is a player we have scouted for awhile. He is the type of player that that will fit into the style and system we are trying to play and will fit in the arena game well."
Berry has played in both the USL and NPSL after a successful collegiate career at William & Mary earning the following honors:
Four-time All-CAA Second Team (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018)
Two-time VaSID All-State Second Team (2016, 2017)
Two-time VaSID All-State First Team (2015, 2018)
CAA Rookie of the Year (2015)
CAA All-Rookie Team (2015)
Third Team Freshman All-American College Soccer News (2015)
W&M's Best Rookie Award (2015)
The Harrisburg Heat begin their 2019/2020 season on Saturday, November 30th in Rochester against the Rochester Lancers. The Heat open their home slate with a rematch with the Lancers at the Farm Show Arena on Saturday, December 7th. Game time for the home game on the 7th is 7:05 P.M.
