Waterloo Black Hawks News Release
Kyle Reeds scored twice Friday, both times set up by James Marcou as the Waterloo Black Hawks routed the Sioux Falls Stampede 6-1.
Anthony Schooley scored the only first period goal, but the Stampede rallied to tie the game during a five-on-three powerplay in the mid-second period. Reeds' powerplay goal with under five minutes left in the second touched off a string out five straight Waterloo goals. Vince LoVerde, Reeds again, Marcou, and Craig Smith were responsible for the rest of the scoring.
The Black Hawks are on the ice again Saturday hosting the Chicago Steel beginning at 7:05.
